CUSTOM ORDER FORM ~ FOR BASIC LEVEL ORDERS ONLY
PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING:
You may use this form to submit BRIEF details and up to (2) photos for your purchased BASIC custom package. All requests and photos must please be made via this order form (not via email unless arranged with us). PLEASE NOTE: THE ARTIST GENERALLY DOES NOT ACCEPT ADDITIONAL (NEW) MATERIALS BEYOND THIS POINT, SO PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME WITH THE FORM. Kindly upload your best COLOR photos, in the clearest resolution you may have.
We generally do not accept photo submissions or entirely new directions after this initial processing stage, as it complicates production for the Artist and increases time, which may then incur billable hours to you.
All photos combined should not exceed 25 MB in file size to upload successfully to the form. If your files are too large for the form and cannot be easily reduced by you (we understand!), please submit just the form without photos and emails us to arrange.
Upon your submission, you will receive an Auto Response confirming the form was successfully sent. Please allow for up to 72 hrs for us to communicate with you to begin processing your custom artwork. Production time begins upon ALL form/photos submission by you.
