The work along with many others in the Series, was created on location in the heART of Paris, France. Featuring young lovers sharing a romantic kiss a top the oldest bridge in Paris, the Pont Neuf. The 400 year old Post Neuf Bridge is the oldest bridge in the city of Paris . It is adorned with 381 mascarons, grotesque stone faces sculpted under the cornices, inspired by Renaissance Italy. Each face sculpture is unique and truly captivating.
Artwork scale is 8" X 10" on paper; Finished Matted size is 14" x 16".
Hand-illustrated work using Ink, Gouache and Mixed Media on Acid-Free, Archival Fine Art Papers.
Original artwork is signed by the Artist with a Certificate of Authenticity provided.
Artwork is finished by an Archival ©Crescent WHITE Single Mat, custom-made exclusively for the Artist, supplied with core backing. Officially stamped and dated on the backside for authenticity.
